GENERAL TERMS

1. By accessing and placing an order with Purrfect Pet Supplies, you confirm that you agree with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Purrfect Pet Supplies.

2. We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and how it’s being used. By using our service, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

1. Customers can cancel their order at any time unless the order has already been dispatched. If this is the case, then please refer to our refund policy for more information.

2. For orders purchased online, a refund will be given to the credit card which was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be transferred back to into your account. Any items paid by cash or with credit card machine on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer.

DELIVERY
POLICY

1. For orders below AED 100, a delivery fee of AED 20 will apply in Abu Dhabi. All orders above AED 100 will receive free delivery in Abu Dhabi.

2. For all orders in other Emirates 35 AED will be charged for courier service. Orders made before 2 PM, will be delivered next day if the items are available in our shop.

Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address which you have provided to us should there be any delays.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer the
following modes of payments:

Online Payment – Visa or MasterCard credit or debit
cards, Samsung Pay

Cash on delivery in AED Dirhams only

Card on delivery (Visa or MasterCard credit or debit
cards)

 

Payments should
be made in AED Dirhams as we do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed
payment or non-payment, Purrfect & Loki’s Pet Supplies holds the right to
cancel or reschedule delivery of your order.

RETURNS &
REFUND POLICY

1. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us, please send us an email at contact@purrfect-petsupplies.com or call/WhatsApp +971 50 383 3951.


2. We will arrange for collection of items you wish to return to us. We can only accept item returns within 3 days after you receive it provided that the products are still in good condition and in original packaging. Please ensure you have the original invoice or receipt with you at the time of returning the item.


3. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 21 business days depending on the bank you use.


4. We do not offer refunds on Frozen Products and returned items that have been altered, used or tampered with.
